Returns & Exchange Policy

At Lids, we want you to be stoked with your gear. If, for any reason, you need to make a switcheroo, we’re more than happy to sort you out with an exchange or store credit, as long as the item/s are in their original boog-tastic condition.

The nitty-gritty on shipping

You’ll be the captain of the shipping ship, responsible for the cost on all returns and exchanges – just the way you ride your board!
The exception? If an item is damaged or if your order was our mistake, we’ll handle the shipping – no sweat.

Conditions to catch the wave of returns:

All original packaging must be riding the same wave, intact and ready for another go.
Requests for returns must paddle in within 30 days of your initial purchase.
For a smooth ride back to us, please hit us up first to arrange the return of your gear.

You can catch us hanging out at our local spot, Point Cartwright. While we don’t have a physical shop, we’re all about the local love and community vibes.

We set up our online store in 2023 for bodyboarders, by bodyboarders. We wanted to bring you guys bodyboarding accessories, clothing, gear and merch! 100% Aussie owned for the love of the boog.

Do you have an actual shop?

Kinda! We’re all about that surf life, mate!

While we don’t have a traditional store setup, everything you see online at Lids Bodyboarding is up for grabs both in-person at Sunny Coast and on our website.

Swing by for some good vibes and some chat – just give us a shout beforehand to make sure we’re around for a meetup. Or, if you’re chillin’ at home, you can always shop from the comfort of your couch online.
